Atelier De Donder attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and that your privacy is respected.

In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Atelier De Donder complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Which personal data do we process and why

Your personal data is processed by Atelier De Donder for the following purposes:

  • Sending newsletters and invitations after registration.

  • Contact us after completing a contact form.

For the above purposes, we may request, process and store the following personal data from you:

  • Personal identity data: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we obtained the data from you.

 

Disclosure to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

For example, we use third-party, specialized parties to whom we outsource the following tasks:

  • Taking care of the internet environment (web hosting, cloud system);

  • Providing IT infrastructure (including IT network, CRM system, etc.);

  • Providing (and distributing) newsletters and invitations

  • Accounting and payments (expense reimbursements)

We have concluded a processing agreement with each of these parties (processors) that contains the necessary agreements to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

 

Furthermore, we will not pass on the information you provide to third parties, unless this is legally required.

 

Retention period

Atelier De Donder does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data and ensure its confidentiality. Including measures that protect the data against breaches, loss and  unlawful processing.

 

Your rights regarding your data

You have the right to inspect and copy the personal data relating to you. You have the right to correction and addition if your data is incorrect or incomplete.

 

You may demand that your personal data  be erased when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed, when there is no longer a legitimate purpose for the processing, when you  relies on your consent regarding the processing of certain data and the organization cannot rely on another legitimate purpose for the processing.

 

You have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted if you contest the accuracy of that data or if you object to the processing of the data (see below) so that the data can only be processed with your consent, for the purposes of establishing the exercise or defense of rights in court or for the protection of the rights of another person.

 

You have  the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, except for personal data that is necessary for compliance with the organization's contractual or legal obligations. 

 

You can withdraw your consent at any time for the processing of personal data that we have obtained on the basis of your consent. The processing of this data before the withdrawal of consent remains valid.
